Everything is now Free post on the site AND 75% of our current season summer clothes are in sale. Most of it is on at 25% off but there are some bits and pieces on at 50% off too. Namely ALL of our No Added Sugar range. . .a brand we are dropping for Autumn/Winter. Why?. . .because in our humble opinion the quality of this brand isn't what it once was (which is why we sent back virtually all of our Summer 2010 Boys NAS stock) and also the prices are set to go up (again!) in Autumn/Winter with the cheapest girls dress rumoured to be retailing at 70GBP.

We will be moving ahead with some new brands as well as keeping old faves such as Quiksilver, Roxy, Converse and French Connection. Namely Ripcurl, Billabong and Oh Baby London.

It's summer, well almost anyway. Sunshine and warm days are surely only a few weeks away now. We've already had some nice days in April so fingers crossed for May and beyond.

NO ADDED SUGAR - Dress up / Dress down

The new summer NO ADDED SUGAR dresses are now online and in store and they are gorgeous. What I've found though is how good they look both dressed up and dressed down, take the lovely Regents Park dress.

Now teamed with the fab Babysham Cabbage Cardi and a pair of sandals or pumps and you've got a gorgeous summer outfit fit for any special day

But stick on a pair of Red CONVERSE hi tops and this super soft pair of FRENCH CONNECTION navy leggings and you've got a really cool like outfit for anytime.

We've had this outfit on our mannequin in our shop window and it has had a fantastic response, and its great that such a pretty dress can be so versatile, i bet it would even look good over a pair of skinny jeans.

We've been a little lazy with our blog lately, but today the sun is shining, and we're re-inspired and invigorated (it's amazing what a bit of vitamin D will do after all that snow), and we have a shop (and website) full of loads of new colourful summer clothes :-)

There's something about summer that makes all the designers bring out there brightest colours and most fun designs - so here's a selection of my fave latest things we have online:

Mini Revolution

Viva la Revolution!

Here are some photos of our 'mini' revolutionaries. Albie, Jesse and Allegra. The kids had a great time recently at a little fashion shoot we were involved in at the lovely Grand Hotel in Tynemouth.

Thanks to the staff there who were fab and also to Tom and Kath who took the snaps.

We highlighted some of our favourite outfits. Allegra was wearing the gorgeous No Added Sugar Origami dress and below she is in a more casual outfit of FCUK jeans and No Added Sugar 'All Lollied Up' tee.

Both the boys wore FCUK jeans, Jesse wore an Amplified Guns 'n' Roses tee and Quiksilver Lumberjack shirt. Albie wore the No Added Sugar Track Top and Quiksilver Bleaker tee.

Everyone wore Converse!

FCUK Baby is here!!

Finally, after many months of waiting we've received our first FCUK baby order - and we aren't dissapointed.

We thought we'd share a few of our favourites with you.

All of our two piece baby outfits from FCUK are made from the silky smoothest of cotton and most of them have very cute little turn-ups on the bottoms. All outfits come with the FCUK baby logo stiched in to the bottom corner of the top.

These outfits are very trendy, yet really practical with a little elastication on the bottoms and poppers in the tops.

We've also got some really cute FCUK baby pixie hats to match.

Autumn Cardi's for Girls

Cardigans are big this Autumn and we've got a great range of cool cardi's for girls to mix and match with almost anything!

For girly girls (and also babies in a similar design) we've got a gorgeous No Added Sugar (Bunny Ears), pink spotted cardi. So, over the last few blogs we've checked out what's new in season for No Added Sugar girls clothes and No Added Sugar baby clothes. All that's left to look at in our No Added Sugar autumn and winter collection in boys clothes!

Smart stripes are the in-thing with No Added Sugar clothing this season and this boys navy/charcoal stripe zip-up sweatshirt is a great, very versatile, little piece. With sizes 3years up to 12years in stock we're sure it'll be a winner this season.

We've had our first delivery of No Added Sugar's Autumn/Winter and we can promise you No Added Sugar fans out there you won't be disappointed! Over the next few blog posts we'll look at boys, girls and babies Autumn and Winter clothes from No Added Sugar!

First on the agenda is the girls. Mainly due to the these super chic dresses! No Added Sugar have obviously taken inspiration from the catwalk with these, especially the tulip style dress (called 'origami') very on trend for Autumn/Winter.

Summer Jackets for Girls

So, we all know that this good weather can't last forever. In fact as I look out of the window (in the North East of England) there are some ominious clouds and the unmistakable rumble of thunder. A perfect time to introduce you to a couple of our gorgeous girls summer jackets.

First off we've got a gorgeous bright pink spotted, lightweight summer jacket for young girls. And just incase the good old British Summer turns out to be as predicatable as ever it's waterproof with a hood!

Our other favourite, for a classic young girl look is this Navy French Connection Linen Jacket. It's double breasted buttons add a lovely grown up touch whilst the 'swing' style keeps it young and fun. Being linen, it's really light and comfortable, perfect for taking abroad.

The stock we've ordered for the moment is predominately for babies and since it's summer we've gone for some fab bright and funky lines.

DUNS seem to be little know in the UK at the moment so hopefully we're one of the first independent stores to offer this range!

Summer is on the way and whether you're planning on going abroad or being optimistic about tales of the hottest UK summer yet and opting to stay in 'sunny Blighty' you'll not doubt, at some point, be headed to a beach with your little ones. Unsurprisingly, with the weather brightening up and everyone starting to shed their winter warmers April saw sales of our new selection of fantastic bright coloured kids Converse take poll position in our April sales.

What is No Added Sugar?

Over the last few years following of No Added Sugar has increased and this year it seems to be one of the cool and trendy brands of the moment. Of course, that isn’t actually the case, this brand has been around since 2001, originally as a small boutique brand offering a small selection of baby clothes. Based in London, founder Deborah Medhurst aimed high when she set out to find stockists, Harvey Nichols and Harrods were two of the first high profile stores to stock No Added Sugar. Obviously in the last few years word has spread from these exclusively fancy department stores and No Added Sugar is becoming a huge brand, endorsed by the children of celebrities around the globe.

Indeed, we’re great fans of No Added Sugar, the clothes are contemporary and edgy without alienating the masses, many of which do still like a little tradition in their baby/toddler/ children’s clothes. This years spring/summer collection does just that, bright colours, quality materials and beautiful designs make No Added Sugar clothing a very trendy alternative to the standard high street fashions. If you’re looking for an outfit that will stand out from the rest No Added Sugar could be your brand!

Having a shop 2 minutes from the sea we thought it would be a good thing to stock a couple of surf labels.

We chose Quiksilver and Roxy because as parents we have bought these brands in the past so we were already sold!

Quality+cool designs=a great product.

The Spring Summer 2009 ranges are here already and they do not disappoint.
